*PLEASE NOTE: As the organisers of the Hideaway festival have now cancelled this festival, we have had to withdraw the one pair of day tickets to this event. This decision was not made by the organiser of the event until after we had sourced the tickets and started the promotion and is completely outside our control. We apologise for any disappointment.

Promoter/Data Controller: BrewDog PLC, Balmacassie Commercial Park, Ellon, Aberdeenshire, AB41 8BX.

1. Promotion is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales who are aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter (BrewDog PLC), their immediate family members or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.

2. Purchase and internet access are required.

3. Promotion Period: The Promotion is open to entries between 0900 to 0100 daily between 19 May and 26 June 2023, so opening at 0900 on 19 May and closing at 2359 on 26 June.

4. To participate: During the Promotion Period purchase any pint of BrewDog at any participating Stonegate venue (see base of terms for list of locations). You will receive an entry card with a QR code and a unique code. Scan the QR code and complete the entry form with your name, email address and the unique code from the entry card. The instant win promotion is only running between the hours of 0900 and 0100. If you access the entry page outside of these hours you will not be able to enter the promotion and will see a message reminding you of the promotion opening times. You will be advised instantly onscreen if you have won and what you have won. Maximum one entry per person per day. Entrants who are under 21 years of age will not be eligible to win the trip to Las Vegas. Entrants will be able to win the festival tickets for the festivals within 100 miles of the venue from which they received their entry card, or the closest festival to that venue, if no venue is within 100 miles.

5. Instant Win Prizes: There are 25,037 Instant Win Prizes, as follows:

   1. 1 x 4 night trip for 2 to BrewDog Las Vegas (only available to entrants who are aged 21 or older at time of entry). Prize comprises: 4-night trips for winner and one guest to Las Vegas (winner and guest must be aged 21 or over at time of trip). Prize includes direct economy return flights (one checked bag per person) from a major UK airport, double or twin accommodation at a minimum 4-star hotel and a visit to the BrewDog Las Vegas Bar (with $300 credit at BrewDog Las Vegas to be spent on drinks, food or merchandise). Prize also includes $1,500 spending money. Travel insurance is NOT included but is recommended. Prizes to be booked and taken by 30 November 2024 (but may not be taken over bank or public holidays in the UK or the USA);
   2. 6 x 2 night stay for 2 at the BrewDog Dog House, Manchester or Edinburgh (winner's choice). Prize comprises double or twin accommodation with breakfasts. No allowance for transport. Prize must be booked and taken by 30 November 2024;
   3. Festival tickets. Each set of tickets includes the access as stated for winner and guest (winner and guest must be 18 years of age or older at time of festival). When you submit your entry you will be eligible for the festivals within 100 miles of the venue where you received your flyer. All festivals listed below:
      1. Truck Festival on 21 – 23 July 2023, in Steventon in Oxfordshire: 2 pairs, general admission. Access to campsite but no tent included. No travel, no spending money. See here for details;

      6. Hideaway on 4 – 6 August 2023 at Hatfield Peverel in Chelmsford, Essex: 1 pair, General Access to winner's choice of one day between 4 and 6 August 2023 (subject to availability). No travel, accommodation or spending money;

   4. 20 x £50 BrewDog.com Voucher: to be redeemed by 31 December 2023 in the BrewDog online shop, may not be used in conjunction with other offers or against postage.
   5. 15,000 x pint of Punk IPA, Planet Pale, Lost Lager or Hazy Jane at any Stonegate venue see list at base of terms), subject to availability. Must be redeemed before end Friday 30 June 2023; and
   6. 5,000 x vouchers for 25% off total bill at any Stonegate venue (see list at base of terms). No extras or upgrades included, may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Must be redeemed by end of Friday 30 June 2023;
   7. 5,000 x beers on us BrewDog pint when purchasing a burger or pizza at any Stonegate venue (see list at base of terms). No extras or upgrades included, may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Must be redeemed by end of Friday 30 June 2023.

6. Further Prize details:

   1. All voucher prizes will be delivered by email within 7 days of winner confirmation.
   2. Las Vegas Trip:
      1. Winner and guest must have all applicable visa, travel, USA immigration entry requirements and both travellers must have a valid ESTA (details here;
      2. Winner and guest must be over 21 years of age at time of travel;
      3. Travel Insurance for is NOT included but is recommended;
      4. The winners and guests are responsible for ensuring that they are in possession of appropriate travel insurance, valid passports (minimum 2 clear pages, minimum 6 months' validity from proposed date of return), visas and all health or other Government requirements prior to departure;
   3. All Prize trips (Las Vegas, BrewDog Dog House, Festivals):
      1. Winners will be required to provide proof of age and identity and any documentation as reasonably required by the Promoter in order to validate their eligibility to claim the prize;
      2. Dog House and festival trips: Winners and guests must be over 18 years of age at time of trip;
      3. If a winner is unable to accept the prize, no compensation or alternatives will be provided;
      4. Travel Insurance is NOT included;
      5. Travel bookings will be made via the Promoter's nominated agency and must be made at least 6 weeks in advance of proposed dates;
      6. All travel is subject to the relevant transport provider's standard terms and conditions. Once booked, flights and train tickets cannot be altered or amended and no refunds are possible;
      7. Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted;
      8. If a booking is cancelled no alternative prize will be issued;
      9. Once booked, transport tickets cannot be altered or amended and no refunds are possible;
      10. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer;
      11. Once the prize has been booked, neither the Promoter, nor the prize agency nor any provider of any element of the prize shall be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter or travel companies; and
      12. All expenses not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions will be the responsibility of the winner.

7. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize, or part of a prize, for an alternative of equal or greater value.

8. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

10. Instant Win Winner selection and notification: a set of 25,038 winning moments have been randomly generated. Each winning moment has been allocated a random prize from the Instant Win Prize pool (set out in clause 5). Eligible Entrants (an Eligible Entrant is an Entrant who has not already entered in that calendar day) who submit their entry on or first after one of the winning moments will win an Instant Win Prize. If no one makes a valid entry within the five-minute time frame, the relevant Instant Win prize will be carried over to the next moment or day of the promotion. If no entries are received within a specified period of time between two or more Winning Moments, the applicable prizes will be rolled over and the oldest rolled over prize will be awarded to the next Eligible Entrant. Instant Win Prize Winners will be notified immediately on screen that they have won a prize and will be sent their prize to the address details they gave when entering.

11. A winner may be requested to participate in publicity arising from the promotion, though for regulatory reasons if a winner is or looks under 25 such publicity will not include photographs of the winners.

12. Fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, any affected entrants will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotion or prizes.

13. Privacy: The details you provide when entering this promotion, namely your email address, will be held by the Promoter under the terms of its privacy policy, available at https://www.brewdog.com/uk/cookie-and-privacy-policy. Your personal data will be used by the Promoter and its agents acting on their behalf only for the operation of this promotion. The Promoter is bound by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and all applicable laws. Your personal data will be stored for 3 months from the end of the Promotion Period, after which it will be deleted. Your personal data will not be used to marketing purposes. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to privacy@brewdog.com. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.

14. The surname and county of residence of the prize trips to Las Vegas and Edinburgh or Manchester and the festivals will be available by raising a ticket through https://brewdog.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new with "Stonegate Access All Areas Winners" in the subject header to arrive between 15 September 2023 and 31 October 2023. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting https://www.brewdog.com/uk/customer-services/contact-us. In any case, if a regulatory body requests confirmation of the existence of winners, or evidence of receipt of prizes, the Promoter shall be entitled to disclose the information of any winner to the regulatory body only.

15. Participants in this promotion agree that neither the Promoters nor any of the promotional parties will have liability for: a. any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; b. any communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, human error or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion; c. any inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or email services; d. any damage to prizes sent to participants; e. any non-delivery of prizes caused by the provision of wrong information by participants, postal disputes or other causes beyond the Promoter's control; or f. any system failures on the email services.

16. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoters, its agents, and distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering or taking up the Prize. Nothing in this clause shall limit the Promoter's liability in respect of; (a) death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence; or (b) liability arising out of the Promoter's fraud.

17. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant's entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

18. The Promoters reserve the right to verify any claimant, including their age (via means of photographic identification), before awarding a Prize and refuse to award the Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion.

19. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or invalid entries, or entries not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

20. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures) which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the running of the Promotion or to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion, with no liability to entrants or third parties.

21. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant's entry to the promotion.

22. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

23. The Promoter's decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

24. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
